In anticipation of a service disruption at Canada Post starting June 22, Purolator is temporarily handling all our deliveries. We will return to our usual delivery methods as soon as the situation is resolved.

However, shipments destined for remote areas that are usually transferred to Canada Post for final delivery will be held at the closest available location. They will be handed over to Canada Post as soon as the disruption ends.

Shipping is free for purchases of $75 or more before taxes, anywhere in Canada.*

For orders under $75 before taxes, shipping fees will apply based on the destination. These fees are non-refundable.

Delivery time is 2 to 7 business days* (Monday to Friday) within Canada after your order has been authorized.

*Please note that weather, holidays, busy periods, and incorrect shipping information may delay the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, Chlorophylle cannot control or refund for problems of this nature.

Most online orders are shipped in a single package via Canada Post. However, if your order includes items sourced from our retail stores, it may be delivered by Purolator instead.*
